The Past

Childhood through Highschool

I've always like doing different things to keep life interesting, growing up in a large town on Long Island, there were many ways to accomplish that:

  • Scouts- Camping monthly, spending time in nature, and achieving Eagle Scout in the process
  • Sports- Made the first boys volleyball team in my school, and competed at the all county badminton competition
  • Model United Nations- Debate with a purpose, working with diverse and contentious viewpoints to make the world a better place
  • Key Club- I didn't have much money to give but I had time, managing 8 school's clubs around Long Island as part of the state board
  • Orchestra- The cello more specifically, played both casually and competitively
  • On the ferry back from a Model UN conference at Yale

  • Long Term Goals- Be able to combine my passions into my career, work in a field in which creativity and ingenuity thrive, work on diverse problems that have solutions that benefit everyone, spread knowledge and information around the world
